Yes, insurance is required for all rentals. There are several options:

1. You may use your personal insurance. It must be comprehensive (cover the car and liability). We must be able to verify the coverage with your insurance company.

2. You are able to buy insurance for the rental period from a third party provided on the rental platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

You may add 2 additional drivers at the time of registration. They must all meet the same criteria as the primary driver – including insurance coverage.

You can cancel most trips yourself via the website

• All cancellations are effective immediately

• Once you cancel, you’re no longer authorized to receive or drive the car

• No refunds are available for cancellations inside 72 hours. You will receive a credit for future rentals.

The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon.

Tolls: Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.

Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client.

The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

It depends on the car you select: some come with unlimited miles, and others have a limit of 150 a day.

We have a 2 day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non guaranteed 1 day rental on weekends depending on availability.

Rental deliveries within 5 miles (8.05 km) of the airport or to hotels in the downtown area are free. Rentals outside of those areas incur a $40 fee. The client can pick up the car from the host at no charge.

We are a 24hr service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever-changing schedule and those last minute trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental at no cost within our allowed locations within the hours of 10am (CST) – 6PM (CST). For deliveries orpick ups outside our normal operating hours, we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that varies on location and distance.

We advise our clients to allow us a 3-hour notice to make deliveries. It is very possible we may be able to better that delivery time based on volume at the time.
